Hans holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Amsterdam, The Netherlands. After various scientific positions in industrial research, Hans now has over twenty years of business development experience within the life sciences and chemical industries. Before joining Crystallics, he held positions as Business Development Manager at DSM and Albemarle (USA), Vice President at PamGene, Chief Business Officer at KeyDP, and VicePresident Sales for Formulatrix, USA.

Michel is a medical biologist by training and received his Ph.D. in molecular virology from the University of Amsterdam, The Netherlands. He also holds an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, The Netherlands. Michel has worked in various roles ranging from scientist to Project and Program Manager at Novartis, Switzerland and Primagen, The Netherlands before engaging full-time in business development. Prior to Crystallics, Michel worked at OctoPlus, The Netherlands, where he held the position of Senior Manager, Business Development.
